Update re: COVID-19

Since Governor Inslee’s “Stay home. Stay Healthy” order we have made temporary operational changes to help protect our community and staff. Our law firm remains fully operational and we are available for free 30 minute consultations via telephone, video conference and in person. At the time of booking our staff will advise as to the procedure, policies and precautions taken for in house conferences. Due to the unforeseen circumstances surround COVJD-19 both King and Pierce Counties have dramatically changed court rules, procedures and are limiting the scheduling of all temporary order hearings and requiring trials to be held via video at least until the end of this year.
