John F Curry

Mr. Curry graduated from McGeorge School of Law/University of the Pacific, Sacramento, CA with a JD degree and did his undergraduate at Washington State University/Honors Program/Pullman, WA earning a BA in English & Political Science.

Mr. Curry has been a member of the Washington State Bar Association since 1986. He is also a member of the South King County Bar Association, Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association and the US District Court/Western District of WA. Mr. Curry has sat as a Pro Tem Judge in both municipal and district courts since 1992 and has acted as a mediator and arbitrator in numerous family law cases.  He has also volunteered for the Family Law Information Center at the Kent Regional Justice Center.

While Mr. Curry’s primary focus is on family law matters he also has extensive experience in other areas of law such as personal injury and criminal defense.

John has acted as mediator and arbitrator in numerous family law cases. He has been a Pro Tem Judge in District and Municipal Court since 1992. He was appointed to the bench in Auburn Municipal Court as a permanent part-time Commissioner in January 2007. He is also a Pro Tem Family Law Commissioner in King County and currently the Orting Municipal Court Judge.


Dan C Williams

Mr. Williams attended Willamette University, Salem, OR attaining a degree in JD with a Certificate in Dispute Resolution in 1991 and attended Pacific Lutheran University/Tacoma, WA graduating in 1988 with a BA Political Science Minor in History & Legal Studies.

Mr. Williams was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 1991. He is also a member of the South King County Bar Association, Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, and US District Court/Western District of WA. Mr. Williams has sat as a Pro Tem Judge in Auburn Municipal Court since 2003 and has acted as a mediator and arbitrator in numerous family law cases.  He has also volunteered for the Family Law Information Center at the Kent Regional Justice Center.

Dan C. Williams has represented hundreds of clients since 1991 in family law, criminal and personal injury's. In 1991,Mr. Williams started working with Mr. Curry as his associate and in 1999, the partnership, Curry & Williams, PLLC was formed.

Dan has acted as mediator and arbitrator in numerous family law cases. He has been a Pro Tem Judge in Municipal Courts since 2003 and also a Pro Tem Family Law Court Commissioner in King County Superior Court

Matthew J Yetter

Mr. Yetter attended Willamette University, Salem, OR graduating in 2006 with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. He was also a visiting student at the University of Oregon College of Law. In 2003 Mr. Yetter graduated from Southern Utah University in Cedar City, UT with a Bachelor of Science with a major in Communications & a minor in Business Management and in 2001 earned a Associate of Arts and Associate of Science from Rick’s College/BYU-Idaho in Rexburg, ID.

Matthew Yetter was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2007 and is a member of the South King County Bar Association
Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. Mr. Yetter has represented clients since 2007 in family law, criminal law, employment law, and personal injury actions. Before joining Curry & Williams, PLLC, Mr. Yetter was the owner and CEO of Yetter Law Firm, PSC in Bonney Lake, Washington.

Matthew J. Yetter spends his spare time with his family and volunteers at the King County Bar Association’s Neighborhood Legal Clinic.

Maarij Nasar

Mr. Nasar graduated from the Seattle University School of Law, Seattle, WA with a JD degree and did his undergraduate at the University of Washington having completed his pre-med requirements and earning a BA in Political Science.

Mr. Nasar has been a member of the Washington State Bar Association since 2008. He has been actively involved as a pro-bono attorney with the King County Family Law Mentor Program and is currently volunteering as an attorney at the King County Family Law Intake Center in Kent, WA. Mr. Nasar is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Before joining Curry and Williams, PLLC Mr. Nasar was the owner of Allied Law Firm, PLLC, Kent, WA.

Since 2008, Mr. Nasar has represented a vast array of clients in family law, immigration law, personal injury law and business law matters. Mr. Nasar is also fluent in the Urdu and Hindi languages.
