John F Curry

Mr. Curry graduated from McGeorge School of Law/University of the Pacific, Sacramento, CA with a JD degree and did his undergraduate at Washington State University/Honors Program/Pullman, WA earning a BA in English & Political Science.

Mr. Curry has been a member of the Washington State Bar Association since 1986. He is also a member of the South King County Bar Association, Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association and the US District Court/Western District of WA. Mr. Curry has sat as a Pro Tem Judge in both municipal and district courts since 1992 and has acted as a mediator and arbitrator in numerous family law cases. He has also volunteered for the Family Law Information Center at the Kent Regional Justice Center.

While Mr. Curry’s primary focus is on family law matters he also has extensive experience in other areas of law such as personal injury and criminal defense.

John has acted as mediator and arbitrator in numerous family law cases. He has been a Pro Tem Judge in District and Municipal Court since 1992. He was appointed to the bench in Auburn Municipal Court as a permanent part-time Commissioner in January 2007. He is also a Pro Tem Family Law Commissioner in King County and currently the Orting Municipal Court Judge.

Mr. Williams attended Willamette University, Salem, OR attaining a degree in JD with a Certificate in Dispute Resolution in 1991 and attended Pacific Lutheran University/Tacoma, WA graduating in 1988 with a BA Political Science Minor in History & Legal Studies.

Mr. Williams was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 1991. He is also a member of the South King County Bar Association, Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, and US District Court/Western District of WA. Mr. Williams has sat as a Pro Tem Judge in Auburn Municipal Court since 2003 and has acted as a mediator and arbitrator in numerous family law cases. He has also volunteered for the Family Law Information Center at the Kent Regional Justice Center.
Dan C. Williams has represented hundreds of clients since 1991 in family law, criminal and personal injury’s. In 1991,Mr. Williams started working with Mr. Curry as his associate and in 1999, the partnership, Curry & Williams, PLLC was formed.

Dan has acted as mediator and arbitrator in numerous family law cases. He has been a Pro Tem Judge in Municipal Courts since 2003 and also a Pro Tem Family Law Court Commissioner in King County Superior Court

Maarij Nasar graduated from the Seattle University School of Law, with a JD degree and did his undergraduate at the University of Washington earning a BA in Political Science.

Maarij has been a member of the Washington State Bar Association since 2008. He is also a member of the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association and US District Court/Western District of WA. Mr. Nasar has served as a pro-bono attorney with the King County Family Law Mentor Program and is currently volunteering as an attorney at the King County Family Law Intake Center in Kent, WA. Maarij has served as a mediator and arbitrator in numerous family law cases. He was recently appointed a Pro Tem Family Law Court Commissioner in King County Superior Court in 2018.

Maarij has a wide array of experience in family law matters, including divorce and parenting custody issues. Maarij is fluent in both Hindi and Urdu and has helped clients from all around the world achieve success in court. He has extensive family law experience in both Pierce and King County courtrooms and has also successfully litigated family law matters in Thurston and Snohomish counties. Maarij has a strong litigation background having been well-versed at achieving success in court. Maarij has found having a strong court presence has helped him achieve success for his clients as an active and sharp negotiator.

Maarij also represents clients in immigration matters including both family/employment based immigration petitions; investment based visas; naturalization related issues; non-immigrant visas; and filing for adjustment/change of status. He has been an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2008.

Maarij has also successfully represented clients in their personal injury claims. He believes strongly in aggressive representation to get the best results for his clients.
